Teachers will be available by appointment for Zoom conferences from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8.

Teachers will also be available by appointment for Zoom conferences from 3:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 9.

Scheduling a Conference

Parent-Teacher Conferences provide an excellent opportunity for you to talk with your Celt’s teachers to further enhance his Crespi experience, and I encourage you to meet with as many of your Celt’s teachers as possible. 

We will use www.pickatime.com to facilitate the appointment process.

You may begin making reservations for a conference at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1.

Parents can reserve a meeting time by logging on to the following LINK, or typing the following URL in your web browser: https://pickatime.com/client?ven=11604903&event=407542.

RESERVE A MEETING TIME

You may need to create an account before the reservation window opening, so visit the website in advance.

Parents will have access to the Parent-Teacher Conference appointment scheduler beginning Wednesday, October 1 at 6:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT: Crespi does not administer the Pick-A-Time scheduler, so any issues with passwords should be directed to Pick-A-Time help located at the bottom of the www.pickatime.com homepage.

At the day and time of your designated appointments, visit https://www.crespi.org/academics/parent-teacher-conferences and navigate to the Parent-Teacher Conferences page to click on the Zoom link for the appropriate teacher.

If you are unable to reserve a meeting time, please contact the teacher directly to make other arrangements.
