- Establish performance criteria for competition and evaluate students’ athletic abilities initially and on a regular basis
- Take all necessary precautions to protect student-athletes, equipment, materials, and facilities
- Enforce student eligibility criteria for extracurricular participation
- Work with the Director of Athletics to schedule competitions and coordinate arrangements
- Develop and coordinate a continuing evaluation of coaching program and make changes based on findings and the ongoing needs of the program
- Accompany and supervise student-athletes during athletic competitions
- Instruct and advise students on NCAA regulations with regard to academic requirements for scholarships and recruiting practices
- Maintains, files, and copies all pertinent CIF materials and ensures that CIF guidelines are followed

Position Summary:
The International Student Program Coordinator serves as the primary contact for international students and families, supporting them from admission through graduation, transfer, or departure. This role oversees onboarding, visa-related documentation, regulatory compliance, student support, parent communication, and academic, cultural, and community integration. As part of the Admissions team, this position will work closely with Counseling, Registrar, Business Office, and Administration.Requirements: Primary Job Duties:
International Admissions & Enrollment Support
- Serve as the school’s primary contact for prospective international students and families, as well as the Department of Catholic Schools Archdiocese of Los Angeles
- Coordinate with Admissions regarding inquiry follow-up, application status, transcript review, English-language readiness, grade-level placement, etc.
- Review international student files for completeness before enrollment
- Coordinate collection, review, and secure storage of required documents (Passport, transcripts, financial documentation, guardian information, etc.)
- Coordinate acceptance communication with Admissions and Business Office to ensure that tuition, fees, deposits, and required financial documents align with I-20 issuance
- Communicate to potential students the sequence of admission to the school, issuance of Form I-20, payment of the required fees, Visa interviews, entry to the United States, etc.
- As the Coordinator, register, maintain, and update accurate SEVIS records for each F-1/M-1 student
- Coordinate with the SEVIS Coordinator and SEVIS DSO regarding Form I-17 updates, recertification, site visits, and school-level compliance documentation
- Use SEVP and Study in the States guidance as the primary operational reference for F-1 compliance
International Student Onboarding & Orientation
- Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new international students and families
- Coordinate orientation programs covering academic expectations, attendance requirements, school policies, technology access, student life, and campus resources
- Introduce students to the school’s culture, mission, traditions, and community expectation; partner with Counseling, Admissions, Academics, Dean of Students, Athletics, Campus Ministry, and Technology
