Description

Crespi Carmelite High School seeks a full-time, hourly administrative assistant to join the staff for the 2024-2025 school year.

Crespi’s mission is to build men of character and faith unified in brotherhood and formed through a contemporary, Catholic, college preparatory education in the Carmelite tradition of prayer, community, and service.

In the spirit of the Gospel and the Carmelite tradition, we seek to build a community that listens and bears witness to the divine plan through the promotion of justice in the service of the whole person.

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of skills and knowledge as well as enthusiasm for working with the admissions team.

  • High school diploma required;
  • Bachelors degree preferred;
  • Previous experience at a school preferred;
  • Proficiency in the use of technology as it relates to daily school operations, and communication.

 

Duties: 

Admissions/Outreach Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and general information questions via phone and email
  • Help manage inventory of recruiting materials and office supplies
  • Help manage admissions files and database
  • Order testing materials as needed for entrance exams and placement tests
  • Keep local parishes and school community informed of admissions events
  • Help coordinate and execute admissions events throughout the school year
  • Coordinate schedule for Daily Trasportation Service
  • Other duties as assigned
