  • Volunteer Requirements

    We ask all families to give a minimum of 20 hours during the academic school year to fulfill our mission. Everyone is required to sign up through Crespi.org by clicking the  “Volunteer” button on the homepage. Volunteer spots/hours worked cannot be added after the date of the event.
  • Hours Reporting Procedure

    A volunteer report is provided through Signup.com twice a year to the Chief Financial Officer, President, and the Financial Aid Committee. This allows the school to make decisions regarding staffing, re-enrollment contracts, and financial aid disbursement.
  • Volunteer Spots

    You can volunteer at Crespi in various ways including but not limited to: set-up, check-in, cashier, BBQ cooks, bakers, bartenders, courtside security, golf cart drivers, transportation, envelope stuffers, stage managers, feeding the boys, academic decathlon, robotics judge, auction hosts, basket wrappers, procurement, model placers, showrunners, wardrobe coordinator, decorations, etc.
  • Volunteer Participants

    Any family member over the age of 18 may volunteer at Crespi. In certain cases, the Crespi students may fulfill volunteer commitments provided it is approved by the Volunteer Coordinator.
  • Creating a Volunteer Spot

    All spots are created on signup.com by the Volunteer Coordinator. Administrators, head coaches, and moderators provide their needs. The coach may appoint a team parent to coordinate volunteer details.
  • Team Parent

    A parent is chosen by the coach for these positions. This parent is asked to meet with the coach and Volunteer Coordinator to confirm that all team volunteer spots are listed correctly on Signup.com. Spots/hours cannot be added after an event.
  • Team Meal Spots

    Food and drink spots are one per team, per event. A family may donate a team meal according to the direction of the team parent or coach. We ask that parents only volunteer food/drinks for the team in which their son participates.
  • Drop-Off Instructions

    Delivery of food/drinks usually occur at drop off or pick-up time and can be left in the front office. Deliveries should always be labeled with family name and event when dropped off. (ex: Hayden Day Family – Lacrosse).
  • Cancellations

    We ask all parents to please go through signup.com and provide 48-hour notice when canceling a volunteer position. This will allow us to re-post the spot to other parents in hopes it can be filled.
