  • Q: I am not receiving communications from Crespi.  What can I do?

    If you find that you aren't getting school emails or text message notifications from school, please do the following:

    • Sign in to Crespi Connect, and click on your name in the upper right hand corner.
    • Click on PROFILE.
    • Here, you have the capability to add a new/edit phone numbers and digital addresses.
    • There is nothing further you need to do; this automatically gets refreshed and you will be synced to the correct mailing lists.
    If you STILL find you are not receiving information, and your email and phone information is correct, please contact Aaron Robinson, Communications Manager, at arobinson@crespi.org or at (818) 654-1330 for further assistance.
  • Q: How can I speak with my Guidance Counselor?

    Crespi is taking every step necessary to ensure that our students still maintain open lines of communication with their guidance counselors. If a student wishes to speak with a counselor, or a parent wishes to reach out themselves, please email the counselor directly. You can also email Mr. Julio Murcia, Executive Director of Student Services, at jmurcia@crespi.org.

    An e-conference session, through Zoom, can be made available based on the schedules of both the student and the counselor. Don't hesitate to reach out!
  • Q: Whom do I contact if I need assistance?

    For academic-related inquiries, please contact your teacher directly via e-mail or Crespi Connect. You may also contact the department chair, or VP of Academics / Dean of Men

    For any technical issues relating to password resets, or inability to login to a platform (Crespi Connect, GSuite, or Zoom) please email helpdesk@crespi.org.

  • Q: When will Crespi re-open and resume classes?

    As conditions evolve, we will continue to provide you with updated information on the timeline and next steps for transitioning students back into our school building.

  • Q: When will sports resume?

    All athletic events, including games, practices, meetings, and tryouts have been postponed indefinitely.
