Crespi Has been named a Gurian Institute for Educational Excellence. In conjunction with the Gurian Institute, Crespi uses brain-based, research-driven strategies for teaching young men. The school has created a learning environment that is structured toward boy-centered learning. We believe that single-gender education best prepares young men academically, socially, physically, and spiritually.

“The learning process has been super engaging and allowed me to learn in ways I wasn’t able to in other schools. Through interactive learning and projects, Crespi helps me understand the material in ways I never thought possible.”

"Crespi provides a much-needed rite of passage over a four-year period in which boys move forward to becoming empathic, discerning, and successful men. Layering its own Catholic vision of male development with science-based approach, Crespi provides academic rigor, athletic accomplishment, social-emotional growth, and personal evolution for each boy in its care."

Crespi is a member of the The International Boys' Schools Coalition (IBSC). The IBSC is dedicated to the education and development of all students at boys' schools across the world. We share IBSC's assertion that in an engaging and supportive single-gender environment, students will:

  • explore their values and a foundation for making responsible decisions;
  • explore their own definitions of self, who they are and who they want to become;
  • learn to forge healthy relationships; and
  • step out of their comfort zone to explore their full potential.
