Crespi Football

Since the beginning Crespi Football has been an elite program in Southern California. Over the years Crespi has won 3 CIF titles, appeared in 5 section championships and won numerous league titles. Crespi is still the only team in the San Fernando Valley to play in and win a CIF Div I title (PAC 5). Former Celts include NFL greats Randy Cross, Russell White, Christian Fauria, and Shaun Williams. The Celts currently play in the Serra League with Notre Dame, Loyola, Bishop Amat, and Bishop Alemany, and compete in arguably the toughest conference in the country, the PAC 5.

Philosophy: To relentlessly pursue excellence with honor.

Mission Statement: The football program and Crespi will seek excellence with an unparalleled passion. The total development of the student athlete will be achieved through our effort on the field, and in the classroom. Crespi will provide an environment where each individual will be given the opportunity to maximize his God-given talent.

Goals:
1. Relentlessly pursue and win the league, C.I.F. and state championship.
2. Respect, foster and draw strength from our cultural diversity.
3. Achieve academic success while establishing an exemplary foundation of leadership.
4. Nurture spiritual growth and development.

Objectives: To develop Attitude, Effort, Honor, Physical Ablities/Skills, Mental Toughness, Intellectual Growth, Social Enlightenment, Technique, Fun, Focus, and Finish.

Our program is based on the values of family, successful attitudes and team chemistry:
Family: We believe in unconditional support, love, trust, and loyalty.
Attitude: We embrace a relentless commitment to excellence, selflessness, humanity and passion.
Chemistry: We teach mutual respect, overcoming adversity, establishing priorities and team goal setting.
