The Celt’s swimming program is lead by 11th year Head Coach Aaron Robinson. Coach Robinson works on campus as the Communications Manager. Crespi competes in the highly competitive C.I.F. Division I and is a member of the Mission League. The Celts currently practice and hold their home meets at the Schofield Aquatic Center at Pierce College. Over the years, Crespi Swimming has built a tradition of excellence through hard work and dedication by instilling in its swimmers the values of the Crespi Man. Crespi began its history of winning in 1970 when the Celts won their first league title. Since then, Crespi compiled an additional nine league titles, and was C.I.F. runner-up three times.
In the 2014 season, two varsity school records fell. Devin Morris '14 became the 2nd AquaCelt to break the 1:00 barrier eclipsing the 100 breaststroke record set by Rick Bejune '97 back in 1997. The 200 freestyle relay went down again for the 3rd year in a row and was claimed by Mark Raybukh '15, Jacob Goodman '15, Joe Rayos '14, and Jude Zamora '15.
Four swimmers competed in C.I.F. Divison I Finals, with Blair Simpkins '14 finishing 17th in the 100 butterfly and swimming just shy of his brother's (Patrick '06) record set back in 2005. The 200 medley relay also finished 17th with Mark Raybukh '15, Devin Morris '14, Blair Simpkins '14, and Jude Zamora '15.
